Standard orders typically deliver within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch. That is an estimate rather than a guarantee — carrier delays can affect timing. We do not offer expedited or overnight shipping at this time.

A flat rate of $9.95 applies to every order, regardless of size. We ship within the United States only at this time — we do not ship internationally.

For silicone toys, use only water-based lubricants. Silicone-based lubricants can degrade silicone surfaces over time. Specific compatibility notes are included on each product page.

Because these are intimate personal-use products, all sales are final and we cannot accept ordinary returns. We will always make it right if your order arrives damaged or defective, if you received the wrong item, or if your package is lost in transit — we will replace it, refund it, or issue store credit, at your choice. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will sort it out.

Yes. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner. Your card details are entered into the processor's own encrypted fields and are never stored on Afterglow's servers — we receive only a payment reference token, never your raw card number.

We email you a private confirmation link when you order, and a shipping email with your carrier tracking number once your parcel leaves our fulfillment partner. Carrier notifications never reference Afterglow by name. If you cannot find either email, contact us and we will resend your status.
