Will anyone know what I ordered?
Never. Every order ships in discreet, unmarked packaging. There is no Afterglow branding on the outside. Your bank or card statement will show a generic merchant name — not Afterglow.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated transit time and available carrier options are shown at checkout based on your delivery address. We cannot provide timelines here as they vary by location.
Are your products body-safe?
Yes. All Afterglow products use 100% body-safe, medical-grade silicone. Phthalate-free, latex-free, and tested to international safety standards.
What lubricants are compatible?
Use only water-based lubricants with silicone toys. Silicone-based lubricants can degrade medical-grade silicone over time.
Can I return a product?
For hygiene reasons, opened intimate wellness products cannot be returned. Faulty or damaged items are covered under our warranty — contact us and we will make it right.
How do I charge my device?
All rechargeable Afterglow devices use magnetic USB-C charging. Attach the cable to the charging port and connect to any USB power source. A full charge typically takes 60–90 minutes.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Shopify Payments, a PCI DSS compliant payment processor. Afterglow never sees or stores your raw payment details.
